Our mission is to help patients with a wide array of rheumatologic conditions find therapeutic alternatives that allow them to live healthier and more functional lives. We wish to raise our patients awareness of their conditions and the role they must play in understanding them to take control of their own health. It is of the utmost importance that each patient knows they have to be the principal agent working towards their health, and making decisions towards a fuller and healthier life.
